Who we are
Caught you! (working name) is operated by Voguesports Pvt Ltd (“we”). For the purposes of Indian data-protection law we are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here. Contact: support@caughtyou.app.
What we collect and why

We do not collect your contacts, photos, microphone or camera. We do not track your location outside a round, and we do not sell personal data or show advertising.
Who can see your data
- Players in your game see your display name and team. Your teammates see your live location during a round. If you are a runner, hunters see ping snapshots of where you were, and your live location only if you stay outside the zone for 30 seconds.
- Our service providers process data on our behalf: database and authentication hosting (Supabase), website hosting (Vercel), map tiles (OpenFreeMap, which sees your IP address when loading the map), email delivery, and Google Play for purchases.
- We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
Children
Personal accounts are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. Participation by under-18s at organised events will only be offered once verifiable parental consent, as required by Indian law, is in place.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it (your name can be edited in the app);
- erase it — delete your account in the app, or use our deletion request form;
- withdraw consent, which stops the related processing from then on;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to game data is enforced by the database itself: players can only read what the rules allow, and staff tools do not expose location data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you and the authorities as required.
Where data is stored
Our infrastructure region will be stated here before launch. Where data is processed outside India, we will do so only as permitted by law.
